PineBox Account Deletion Request
在此页面，PineBox 邮箱账号用户可以提交账号删除申请。Email account users can request account deletion for PineBox on this page.
删除申请说明
此页面适用于使用邮箱和密码登录的 PineBox 用户。提交后，系统会沿用 App 内同一删除流程处理您的账号。
- 提交成功后，您的账号会进入 24 小时删除缓冲期。
- 24 小时内重新登录 App 可取消本次删除申请。
- 超过 24 小时后，账号将被停用并进入删除状态，您将无法继续登录。
- 删除账号不会自动退款。如有订阅退款需求，请通过应用商店或付款渠道处理。
Apple 登录账号
如果您使用 Apple 登录，请在 PineBox App 内进入“账号安全”并提交账号删除申请；也可以先在 App 内将 Apple 账号转换为邮箱账号，再回到此页面提交。

About This Request
This page is for PineBox users who sign in with an email address and password. The request uses the same account deletion flow as the PineBox app.
- After submission, your account enters a 24-hour deletion grace period.
- You can cancel the request by signing back in to the app within 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, the account will be disabled and moved into deletion status, and you will no longer be able to sign in.
- Deleting an account does not automatically refund subscriptions. Please manage refunds through the relevant app store or payment channel.
Apple Sign-In Accounts
If you use Apple Sign-In, please request account deletion inside the PineBox app from Account Security, or convert your Apple account to an email account in the app before using this page.
